Share Purchase Process:
To purchase share(s) of Eagle Glen stock, you will have to first find a willing party that is selling as all shares are held outside the company by individuals or other businesses. A list of those that are looking to sell can be found by scanning or clicking the link on the QR code to the left. All buying/selling dealings happen between the two parties before being transferred. Please feel free to use the course as a meeting place, or a transfer agent if you feel more comfortable doing so.
Share Transfer Process:
Shares can be transferred to family members, names added/removed to accurately reflect current ownership and keep our records up to date. To do this or transfer shares, the board of directors will need to approve the transfer at their monthly meeting. For documentation purposes, the following will be necessary:
-Original share certificate OR a completed indemnity agreement if the original certificate was lost, misplaced, stolen, etc.
-A signed letter from the seller stating who they are selling to with the full name of the purchaser and any others they would like listed on the new certificate.
In the Case of Family Transferring for Someone Who has Passed:
-A copy of the original holder(s) death certificate.
-A copy of a will, power of attorney, etc. to show the transferee has power to transfer the asset.
